ADI Buddy provides a platform for driving instructors to advertise and arrange driving test swaps.
Users must provide accurate information, submit genuine swap requests and behave respectfully towards other users.
ADI Buddy does not collect or process pupil data. Instructors remain solely responsible for complying with UK GDPR when arranging swaps, including obtaining a pupil's explicit consent before sharing their contact details with another instructor or pupil.
ADI Buddy is intended for use by qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and Trainee/Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs) only. Users must hold a valid, genuine ADI/PDI badge and may be required to provide evidence of this for verification purposes. Providing false, expired or fraudulent credentials is a breach of these terms and may result in account rejection or suspension.
Users must not buy, sell, broker, auction or profit from driving test appointments. Accounts involved in abuse, spam or misuse may be suspended without notice.
By registering, users consent to receive account-related communications from ADI Buddy by email, and to receive notifications via WhatsApp and/or SMS where these contact methods have been selected during registration. Mobile numbers provided for this purpose are made accessible to other instructors on the platform for the purpose of arranging test swaps.
Test centre, swap and availability information is provided by users and third-party sources. ADI Buddy does not verify the accuracy of this information and is not responsible for errors, omissions or changes made by the DVSA or other users.
ADI Buddy does not guarantee that a swap will be successful or that a specific test appointment will remain available.
ADI Buddy is not responsible for losses, missed appointments, cancellations, DVSA changes or actions taken by users of the platform.
ADI Buddy may suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached. Users may contact support if they wish to query or appeal a suspension.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ADI Buddy following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
